Make A Racquet - Tennis Tournament

For the first four years of this tournament, participants played a sport they love while helping to raise almost $60,000 for the construction of Niswonger Children's Hospital. The Make A Racquet committee extends a sincere "thank you" to all players and sponsors who helped make this tournament such a great success. 

Last year, The Make A Racquet comittee selected The Hospital Guest House of Southern Appalachia as its beneficiary. The comittee hopes to support the Guest House through the ground breaking of thier new facility.

The Hospital Guest House provides low cost lodging to those who have a family member or friend in any local medical facility. The Hospital Guest House is a non profit organization wholly supported by patrons and generous contributors in the community. The Hospital Guest House is in the planning stages of constructing a new facility on the campus of the Johnson City Medical Center. This much needed new structure will offer 10 guest rooms with private bathrooms.

$35.00 for one division
$45.00 for two divisions
$55.00 for three divisions

*Individual Sponsorship: Players will have the opportunity to have their fees waived through individual sponsorship. Players choosing to participate in the fundraising effort will get individuals or businesses to sponsor them in the tournament.  In order to have the fees waived, the player must raise at least $100.00 to enter all three divisions.
