How We Can Help
If you want to make Mountain States Health Alliance the beneficiary of your event, here's how we can support you:
- Offer advice and expertise on event planning
- Assist with brochures and other publicity materials
- Provide IRS-compliant receipts to donors as applicable
- Provide formal acknowledgement for contributions
- Provide a letter of support to be used to validate the authenticity of the event and it's organizers
- Approve the use of Mountain States Health Alliance name and logo, as appropriate
Please note that you must obtain permission from Mountain States Foundation to use our name and/or logo. All events must be approved by Mountain States Foundation, including date and format. All materials with our name and/or logo must be approved before distribution.
We are unable to reimburse and/or fund expenses or provide mailing lists of our donors.
Mountain States Health Alliance reserves the right to participate in similar promotions and special events.
Sponsorships are often an important part of a special event. Due to potential conflicts of interest and existing business relationships, Mountain States Health Alliance reserves the right to decline any sponsorship, or the solicitation of specific sponsors.
Due to HIPPA regulations, we are unable to provide any unpublished patient information or stories to groups interested in supporting a special patient or patient family at Niswonger Children's Hospital.
