The Mountain States Foundation provides support to numerous causes that are of great importance to the people of Northeast Tennessee, Southwest Virginia, Western North Carolina and Eastern Kentucky. The generosity of individuals, businesses and other organizations across the region enables the Mountain States Foundation to fulfill its mission. We also hold special events to raise support for the growing healthcare needs of our region.
