Programs & Services

Mountain States Foundation is changing lives through giving by serving as a liaison between friends of Mountain States Health Alliance and the healthcare programs that serve the residents of our region.

The Foundation provides support to numerous causes that are of great importance to the people of Northeast Tennessee, Southwest Virginia, Western North Carolina and Eastern Kentucky. The generosity of individuals, businesses and other organizations across the region enables the Foundation to fulfill its mission.
